The seller may accept an offer prior to auction. If an offer is accepted prior to auction,
the auction event will be canceled as well as any preview/open house that is scheduled
to occur after the accepted offer. Auctioneer has the right to cancel, postpone, or
reschedule an auction. Property information is deemed to be reliable, but cannot be
guaranteed. Information should be verified by the buyer's agent or the buyer. All property
dimensions are only approximations. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own judgment
and inspections of property records. Buyer is responsible for reviewing the auction
listing prior to close of sale to inspect any changes, corrections, or additions to property

CONTINGENT ON INSPECTION, APPRAISAL, OR ANY OTHER FINANCING
